Yes, last-minute bookings are accepted, but prices may be higher due to urgent arrangements and driver call-out fees. Availability cannot be guaranteed.

No. Drivers usually park 15 minutes away due to high parking charges. Passengers must inform the driver via WhatsApp once luggage is collected. The driver will then proceed to the pickup zone. Passenger responsibility: communicate clearly to avoid delays.

Pickups are directly in front of the departure lounge.

8 passengers or fewer → Follow Drop-off & Taxi (Transport Exchange) signs via the tunnel. More than 8 passengers → Follow Overheight Vehicle & Minibus pickup zone signs. ⏱ Minibuses are allowed 5 minutes in the pickup area. Exceeding this incurs a £20 charge per drop-off, payable by the passenger.

All pickups and drop-offs are in the Premier Drop & Pick area, included in your price. ⚠️ Any delays beyond this may incur extra charges.

Heathrow imposes very high pickup/drop-off charges (up to £85). 💡 To reduce costs, you can request pickup/drop-off from the Long Stay Car Park and use the Heathrow shuttle to meet your driver.

We track flights where possible, but availability cannot always be guaranteed. Please inform us immediately if delays exceed 1 hour.

Yes. All children must travel in an age- and size-appropriate car seat or booster. UK rules: Under 3 → Child restraint required, 3–12 years (under 135 cm) → Child seat/booster required, Over 135 cm → Standard seat belt allowed. We can store car seats at our depot and ensure they are ready for return trips. Please label seats with your booking number.

Yes. Seat belts must be worn at all times. Adults are responsible for themselves. Parents/guardians must ensure children are properly secured.

UK law limits minibuses to 60 mph on motorways and 50 mph on other roads for safety. Passengers should factor this into journey times.

Drivers must follow EU driving hours regulations: Maximum 4.5 hours driving → 45-minute break, Maximum 9 hours per day (10 hours twice a week), Maximum 56 hours per week / 90 hours over 2 weeks. Passengers should add breaks into journey time, check with the driver or company if breaks are expected, and allow extra time for traffic delays.

No. All vehicles are non-smoking, including e-cigarettes and vapes.

No, unless written agreement is given via email or WhatsApp from our admin staff. Exception: Guide dogs/assistance dogs are always allowed.

A No Show occurs when a customer is not present at the agreed pickup location at the booked time. Wrong pickup time or absence = No Show. No refunds for No Shows. Return trips remain valid as normal.

No. Drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited. Causes delays, health & safety risks, and mess issues. Fine up to £200 and trip may be cancelled if violated.

Drivers may refuse or cancel the trip immediately if there is abusive, aggressive, or threatening behaviour. No refunds will be issued.

>25 days before hire: £45 admin fee (deposit), 14–25 days: 30% of total booking cost, 7–14 days: 50% of total booking cost, 48 hours–7 days: 75% of total booking cost, <48 hours: 100% of total booking cost. Deposits are non-refundable.

Yes, a full refund will be given if cancellation follows our terms and conditions. We have never cancelled a booking in the past. Customers are always looked after.

Each passenger may bring 1 bag (75cm x 50cm x 30cm). Passengers must inform Bus4U Travel Ltd in advance about the number and size of bags. Oversized or extra luggage may result in the driver refusing the trip.

Yes, but notify us in advance. Oversized luggage may incur extra charges. Drivers have the right to refuse oversized items that don't fit safely.

Yes, subject to: Extra costs for mileage or time, Availability for additional pickups/drop-offs. Contact us as soon as possible to confirm changes.

Standard waiting is included. If waiting exceeds 3 hours, the booking may be cancelled, depending on availability. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges. Always communicate via WhatsApp once luggage is collected.

Yes. Some bookings may be fulfilled by trusted subcontractors. In case of an accident, claims are made directly against the subcontractor/driver insurance, not Bus4U Travel Ltd. We will provide as much assistance as possible, but we cannot be held liable.
